Egg Shaker Rhyme
Shake Your Shaker (to the tune of London Bridge) from LibraryLand.

Shake your shaker in the air,
Shake it here, shake it there.
Shake your shaker in the air,
Shake your shaker.

Shake it high and shake it low,
Shake it yes, shake it no.
Shake it high and shake it low,
Shake your shaker.

Shake it up and shake it down,
Rub your shaker on the ground.
Shake it up and shake it down,
Shake your shaker.

Shake it near and shake it far,
Drive your shaker like a car.
Shake it near and shake it far,
Shake your shaker.

Shake it fast and shake it slow,
Shake it stop, shake it go.
Shake it fast and shake it slow,
Shake your shaker.

Action Rhyme
I don't know who wrote this song. We don't own it on cd so I can't share a favoite version.  We just sang this over and over as fast as we could.  Check out the JBrary video so you can see the motions and hear the tune.

Hurry, hurry, drive the fire truck

Hurry, hurry, drive the fire truck
Hurry, hurry, drive the fire truck
Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding!

Hurry, hurry, turn the corner(Lean to the right)
Hurry, hurry, turn the corner(Lean to the left)

Hurry, hurry, climb the ladder
Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding!

Hurry, hurry, squirt the water(Pretend to spray hose)

Slowly, slowly, back to the station
Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding!

Felt Board
Dump Truck rhyme - see the felt board I made for Lego/Construction Storytime.  This rhyme is originally from Construction Time on Sunflower Storytime.  I threw scraps of paper all over the room and had the children bring me the color that matched the truck.  Mostly it was total chaos.

Dump trucks, dump trucks, Cleaning up the town.
Do you see any garbage lying around?
Pick up the trash and match it to a truck,
Soon the whole town will be all cleaned up!

Closing
We Clap Our Hands Like This - tune farmer in the dell
Borrowed from Opening/Closing Songs on Storytime Katie who borrowed it from Rhymes for Toddlers on Sunflower Storytime.

We clap our hands like this
We clap our hands like this
We clap our hands with all of our friends
We clap our hands like this.

We blow a kiss like this
We blow a kiss like this
We blow a kiss with all of our friends
We blow a kiss like this.

We wave goodbye like this.
We wave goodbye like this.
We wave goodbye with all our friends.
We wave goodbye like this.

Craft
For our craft I used the large Ellison to punch out locomotives.  I cut two sizes of black paper circles and we attached the wheels with brads. Some parents seemed confused that I didn't prepunch the holes but I really wanted to encourage the children to choose where the wheels went. Everyone seemed really amused by making the wheels spin.
