I used several small Ellison die-cuts to make 8 shadows from black felt. The kids easily guessed all the shapes so next time I might add a few more.

Craft
Groundhog Craft

Our Groundhog pop-up craft was from Groundhog Day on OWLS and OWLS of Fun.  Print out a groundhog for the kids to color. Then lay the groundhog on black paper and glue just his feet down.  Using colored chalk, color around the groundhog. When he sits up, you'll see the groundhog's shadow.
