Flannel Friday Roundup for 9/1/17

Join us next week for the September 8th Round Up at What is Bridget Reading?.

From Carissa at Faith and Felt Obsession we have a Wall Christmas Tree you could add to a wall in your Children's room or program room.

Lisa at LibraryLand shares her creation Flannel Friday-Five Elephants which is sure to earworm you with "he called for another elephant."

I admit there is a lot that I don't know.  I don't know how to play the Ukulele like Storytime Ukulele. And I didn't know that Farmer Brown has three orange pumpkins.  To learn about Farm Brown through felt and song, check out Farmer Brown Had Five Green Apples (and Variations).

Jessica of Storytime in the Stacks brings us an original creation called Flannel Friday: Build a Face.

Wendy of Flannel Board Fun has two felt boards and two rhymes in post on Baby Bottles.  You can learn about Five Bottles of Milk on the Wall and Five Baby Bottles Sitting on the Wall by checking out her post.

Here's my own take on Mushroom in the Rain by Mirra Ginsburg. It is part of my Preschool Storytime - Forest.  If you can even reuse the critters for a retelling of The Mitten.

Can’t wait for more great ideas? Check out the Flannel Friday BlogFacebook, and  Pinterest pages!
