  • Reference - Provided reader’s advisory and reference with print and electronic sources. Facilitated patron digital literacy with broad range of knowledge on public software, digital devices and online databases and reference resources.

Vocational exchange - Group Study Exchange with Rotary Club for vocational study in Japan. 4/2007 - Joined team comprised of one Rotarian team leader and four non-Rotarian team members who were all young professionals sponsored by a club in the district and then select by the district’s GSE Committee. Studied Japanese language and culture prior to trip. Lived with Rotary families in Japan for one month. Attended and spoke at Rotary meetings within the prefecture. Visited local historical and religious sites of importance.
