My Library Life in Pictures

Find this post as a permanent Page on the One for the Books homepage.

Howdy All
I've added 2 new pictures to the slide show, My Library Life In Pictures. It features images of me at work. A lot of the pictures are of me doing programs but of course I do spend a lot of time on desk, an activity that doesn't really photograph well. I got most of my pictures off my facebook page so if you have images of me librarianing please tag me so I can expand the slide show.

You can view the slide show below or you can watch it on my Biography page.

I used several small Ellison die-cuts to make 8 shadows from black felt. The kids easily guessed all the shapes so next time I might add a few more.

Craft
Groundhog Craft

Our Groundhog pop-up craft was from Groundhog Day on OWLS and OWLS of Fun.  Print out a groundhog for the kids to color. Then lay the groundhog on black paper and glue just his feet down.  Using colored chalk, color around the groundhog. When he sits up, you'll see the groundhog's shadow.
